We currently ship to locations across India that are serviceable by Delhivery.
Delivery availability is subject to pin-code verification at the time of order placement.
Certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery timelines or limited service.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery will be completed within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
In case of high demand, stock unavailability, or verification requirements, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on the delivery location, product type, and Delhivery serviceability.

If an order is received in damaged condition, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of lost shipments, ApnaBazer will coordinate with Delhivery to investigate and resolve the issue.
Resolution may include replacement or refund, subject to verification and applicable policies.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. ApnaBazer shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
11. Split Shipments
