Return/Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the return, replacement, and refund process for products purchased on https://apnabazer.com (the “Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • please return the product within (3 days) of delivery 
  • if the product is defective or damaged please return the product within (3 days) with unboxing video.
  • we will deliver the exchange/replacement product within(4 to 5 days) 

A product may be eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery

  • The product received is incorrect or materially different from what was ordered

  • The product is missing parts or accessories


2. Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is received in a damaged or broken condition at the time of delivery.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, color or design variation, or minor aesthetic differences.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Email us at support@apnabazer.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images or videos (if applicable)

  • Requests raised beyond the specified return window may not be accepted

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval by ApnaBazer


4. Pickup and Logistics

  • Approved returns will be picked up through our logistics partner Delhivery, subject to serviceability

  • In some locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product as per instructions shared by ApnaBazer

  • Products must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags


5. Refund Policy

 Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7days
  • Refunds will be initiated only after verification and approval of the return request

  • Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 6–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit, subject to verification


6. Exchange / Replacement Policy

  • Exchange or replacement will be initiated only after verification of the returned product

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@apnabazer.com

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process, if eligible


8. Refund Deductions

ApnaBazer reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping or handling charges if:

  • The return is due to customer preference or error

  • The product is returned in damaged or incomplete condition


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered or damaged, customers should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.


10. Limitation of Liability

ApnaBazer’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.


11. Policy Amendments

ApnaBazer reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
